French Angelfish

Maze brain coral

Reef views

Pillar Coral

We saw quite a few lobster this trip.

Lil' bit closer view of star coral

This looked like a helmet perched on top-or something!

Almost iridescent purple anemone

Another beautiful but naughty Lionfish

These fish were SO hard to photograph-fast, small, and wary of us.

Fun "rear view" of Yellowtail Snapper

'Scapes of the underwater world

Elkhorn coral

Barracuda

Have you heard the story about the one that got away? Seriously. We were shocked when we saw this!

Fan coral

Scrawled Filefish

There's an octopus hiding in that hole!

The Hilma Hooker wreck (history)

Too bad the viz was hazy that day

Hard to believe how much life has decided to call this home in such a relatively short period of time.

He snuck a picture of me! I'm in the middle of the large prop.

Parrotfish. They nibble at the hard coral with their strong jaws.

Funky looking coral and sponges

These Stovepipe Sponges are just so fun looking. Some of them were up to 4 ft tall!

Bonaire Underneath...more

Yet another post...

Slender Filefish

Peacock Flounder on the move

And now in full camo.

Black Durgon (Triggerfish)

Small and very hard to photo due to quick movement.

Goldentail (?) Eel peeking out

Ocean Surgeonfish

? Iridescent cobalt blue spots and end of tail

Pretty anemone

Some wild hair going on here.

Tang among blade coral

Sharptail Eel. They look just like some sort of sea snake.

Spotted Scorpionfish body

An amazingly beautiful but ugly fish.

Orange sponge

Wide-Band Tube Dwelling Anemone

More Bonaire Below

Just a cool formation

Hello!

These funny guys are Squirrelfish

Porcupinefish

Spotted Drum

They liked to hide deep in coral formations, so were hard to get close to.

Smooth Trunkfish. They are just so funny looking that we couldn't help but take lots of pics of them.

Wrasse?

Carribean Reef Squid
